Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be confirmed as received by us no later than 30 days prior to the event. All cancellations are subject to an administrative and material fee of 15% of the cost of the course. • If your cancellation request is received more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the course you are entitled to a full refund of the fee paid, less a 15% administrative and material fee. • If your cancellation request is received within the 30-day period prior to the commencement of the course, a refund will not be provided. • We are unable to consider any cancellation requests once the course has commenced. • Transfer to a course planned for a later date can be requested in writing no less than 30 days before the start date of the course you are registered for. Any such requests will be considered at the organizer’s discretion. • Transfers requested less than 30 days prior to the event will be declined unless a replacement student can be found prior to the start date. • Failing to attend a day/day’s training once the course has commenced will not be subject to refund or transfer requests. • If a 1/2 day/day/days or course is cancelled or postponed due to reasons for which we are responsible, such as staff illness or unavailability, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the course to suit the attendees or add the missed hours onto remaining classes. • If you cancel your registration and are entitled to a refund, we will refund any money received using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless requested otherwise. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of receiving your valid notice of cancellation.
